Emma- June 23
“So much in depth info that has been helpful in all aspects of labour, birth & postnatal. No question was seen as silly to ask. Has given me more confidence knowing what can happen in aspects of labour. Loved both sessions. Thanks so much for the support "
Emma - March 25
“Honesty - the pros and cons of all things labour and baby, nice small group felt personal, continuous support from Lauren available. I learned how to advocate in labour and ask questions."
Mike- Jan 25
“All of the course was very relaxed which made me feel comfortable to ask questions about personal preferences. I learned so much in 8 hours. Feeling empowered and confident to manage any stressful situations- thankyou I really enjoyed the course and learned so much"
Beth - Jan 25
"Lauren was really informative and knowledgeable whilst remaining impartial on the options available for both birth and feeding. She left me with a sense of empowerment over my birth being my choice"
Jennifer - Jan 25
“The honest information - I feel like I learned a lot about pain relief and feeding that I didn't know. I feel like I have been prepared really well for the baby arriving and I appreciate the support that comes post session when and if needed ”
